- The address of the property you are enquiring about, including town or city and postcode

We ask for the property location because our service is designed around individual homes, and it helps us prepare properly for an initial conversation. We treat this information with particular care, in keeping with the nature of our work.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation if you would like one
- Follow up about our services where you have indicated interest
The lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox on our form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@rnbw.uk.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. To deliver your enquiry to us, your details are transmitted through our website hosting and email delivery systems and are then held in our email system (Google Workspace) solely for the purpose of responding to you. These providers act as data processors under contractual safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep your data
We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. If you do not proceed to a client relationship, we will delete your data within 24 months of your initial enquiry.
